Biography:
The Hon. Meagan A. Dial-McDonough has been the Magistrate judge of Morgan County Courts since first appointed by the Presiding Judges in 2025.
Prior to her appointment, Dial-McDonough worked as a Deputy Prosecuting Attorney in Marion, Morgan and Bartholomew County for a combined total of 20 years. Dial-McDonough spent time in Marion County’s Juvenile Division, Major Felony Division and the Community Prosecution Division. In Morgan County Dial-McDonough handled major felony and misdemeanor cases in all of the Superior Courts.
Dial-McDonough earned a bachelor’s degree in political science and criminal justice from Indiana University in 2002 and a J.D. from the University of Toledo School of Law in 2005.
