Biography:
The Hon. Sara A. Dungan has been the presiding judge of Morgan Superior Court 3 since first appointed by Governor Eric Holcomb on May 25, 2017.
Prior to the bench, Dungan was a Magistrate Judge for the Morgan County Courts since 2014. Prior to that position Dungan was a Deputy Prosecutor for the Morgan County Prosecutor’s Office.
Dungan earned a bachelor’s degree from DePauw University in 2001 and a J.D. from the University of Miami School of Law in 2004. During law school she was a law clerk for the Texas Court of Appeals (First District).
