Biography:
The Hon. Brian H. Williams has been the presiding judge of Morgan Superior Court 2 since first elected on November of 2016.
Prior to the bench, Williams was Chief Counsel for Regions 3 & 18 for the Indiana Department of Child Services since 2014. Before that he was Morgan County’s Magistrate Judge from 2009 to 2014 and permanent pro tempore from 2007 to 2008 for the Morgan County Courts. Williams opened and ran his own private law practice in Martinsville from 194 to 2007.
Williams earned a bachelor’s degree from Franklin College and a J.D. at Indiana University, Robert H. McKinney School of Law. He was admitted to the State Bar of Indiana in 1994.
