Instructions for paying your ticket before Court date:
Ticket payment is due 30 days from date ticket written or due date given on ticket. Fine amounts are listed on fine sheet. If needed, please contact the Court at 765-342-1259 for your fine amount.

Or pay by phone at 1-866-480-8552 - 24 hrs daily
Or make payment online at www.paygov.us (location code #35856)
TO MAIL IN PAYMENT - DO NOT SEND CASH – only cashiers check’s or money orders will be accepted. Make payable to Martinsville City Court Court. Mail to Court at: 59 S. Jefferson St., Martinsville, IN 46151.
OTHER OPTIONS
Enroll in the TRAFFICINFRACTION DEFERRAL PROGRAM (online application located on the left hand side bar)
Appear in Court on ticket due date and discuss your options with the prosecutor.
You can plead not guilty and request a bench trial.
Failing to appear or pay the ticket prior to your court date will result in a license suspension and/or an arrest warrant.
A $25.00 late fee will be added for any payments made after first court date – with the exception of seatbelt tickets.
