County Road Closures

ACTIVE CLOSURES

  • Leonard Road Small Structure 1251 Replacement – Emergency closure in January of 2024.  Project is beginning design phase and construction anticipated Spring/Summer 2025 (detour sheet attached)
  • Upland Court - Beginning on or after 5/2/24 for resurface of roadway. Work is expected to take 1 day. Only one lane will be closed at a time.
  • Wildflower Court - Beginning on or after 5/2/24 for resurface of roadway. Work is expected to take 1 day. Only one lane will be closed at a time.
  • Willow Run Court - Beginning on or after 5/2/24 for resurface of roadway. Work is expected to take 1 day. Only one lane will be closed at a time.

UPCOMING CLOSURES

  • Robb Hill Rd -Superstructure Replacement of Bridge 60 on Rob Hill Road over Sycamore Creek – Road closure begins 5/13/2024 and will open back up by 8/31/2024, weather pending (Detour sheet attached)

State Road Closures

*note: This is not a comprehensive list of State Road projects. This is a select list of State projects that we have been notified of. For questions regarding State Road projects, please contact the Indiana Department of Transportation

ACTIVE CLOSURES

  • State Road 42 - structural overlay with culvert replacements located west of Monrovia – complete closure beginning April 9 and will open up in late fall. The new hard closure will be 3/10ths of a mile West of Lake Ditch Road, which is in between Lake Ditch and Hall Road. (additional information) 
  • State Road 44 - Bridge Rehabilitation on SR 44 over Lost Creek – complete closure beginning April 22 and will last 90 days, pending weather. (additional information)
  • Little Point Road Bridge over I-70 - Bridge Replacement – Currently closed and anticipated completion date is 11/17/24. (see attached detour sheet)

UPCOMING CLOSURES

  • SR 144 over White River - Beginning tentatively May 6th, traffic will be restricted to one lane with a width of 14'3". Restrictions will be in place for 180 days.
