Highway

The Morgan County Highway Department is responsible for maintenance of all county roads and side ditches within the Morgan County roadway inventory. The department’s specific functions may include road resurfacing, snow removal, Right of Way clearing, chip and sealing, grading gravel roads, mowing, and sign repair.

The Morgan County Engineering Department duties may include infrastructure design, bridge maintenance, repair, and replacement, road safety, and road striping.
