The Morgan County Board of Zoning Appeals consists of 5 members who are responsible for hearing requests for use variances, development standard variances, special exceptions, and appeals. BZA decisions are based on criteria called “Findings of Fact”. The BZA routinely meets on the 4th Monday of each month at 6:30 pm.

Indiana Code 36-7-4-920 (g) states: “A person may not communicate with any member of the board before the hearing with intent to influence the member’s action on a matter pending before the board.”
