Instructions for Paying your Ticket
Ticket is due 30 days from date ticket written or due date given on ticket.
- Find fine amount from Fee sheet.
- DO NOT SEND CASH – only cashiers check’s or money orders will be accepted for mailed in payments.
- Make payable to Mooresville Town Court.
- You must complete instruction sheet and mail in with payment.
Other Options
- You may request a pre-trial conference to discuss your options with the prosecutor.
- Failing to appear or pay the ticket prior to your due date will result in a license suspension and/or an arrest warrant.
- If you wish to pay by credit card call the Court at 317-831-1330.
A $25.00 late fee will be added for any payments made after due date
PLEASE NOTE:
- The court does not return voice mail messages
- Not reaching or contacting the court is not a defense in your case
