Commissioner Adams first served on the Morgan County Council from 2006 to 2008. Since 2008, he has served as a County Commissioner. He is a Morgan County Historian and Board Member of the Morgan County Farm Bureau. Commissioner Adams is a retired school teacher. He is married to Lynn and they have 2 children, 4 grandchildren, and raise cattle and racing pigeons.
