Please Note: The following are all routine inspections, except those marked as R/I, which are re-inspections required because of violations cited on routine inspections.

Foods- December 2025 

A new food code passed for Indiana in April, so we have changed from a system of Critical/Noncritical to a system of Priority (directly contributing to foodborne illness or injury), Priority Foundation (facilitate or enable one or more priority items), and Core (items related to general sanitation or maintenance).

Thawing in water above 70°F is prohibited.

Label all chemicals in working bottles.

Seal new wood shelves in kitchen to be cleanable and nonabsorbent.

A scoop made of Styrofoam was found in the flour.

Mops were not hung to dry between uses.

Daylight observed at left corner of rear exit door and in between front entry doors.
