Morgan County Court Services serves Morgan County Circuit Court, Superior Court 1, Superior Court 2 and Superior Court 3.

MISSION

The mission of Morgan County Court Services is to serve all stakeholders with credentialed staff knowledgeable of evidence-based practices and the effective principles of intervention to insure public safety; offender accountability; victim assistance; quality delivery of court-ordered services; and to reduce recidivism.

Our employees constitute the most valuable resource for accomplishing our mission.

Morgan County Court Services embodies Morgan County Community Corrections; Morgan County Probation –Adult and Juvenile; Morgan County ADAPT (Court Drug and Alcohol Program); and Morgan County CASA (Court Appointed Special Advocate) Program.

VISION

Morgan County Court Services will remain a unified team, building within each department a creative focused approach to continuously improving evidence-based practices, programs, and the quality of services delivered to our stakeholders.

We will be known as an evidence-based practicing agency continuously seeking to reduce recidivism. We will be known for individualizing case management founded upon evidence-based practices, the principles of effective intervention, and continuous quality improvement. We will be known as an agency active in the community promoting enriched quality of life and safety of all citizens.

Our leadership teams will work closely with staff to execute our strategic plan, making the necessary decisions to implement changes effectively. Cooperation will be achieved through open communication at all levels to set and reach our goals. We will have a culture of engaged, committed staff who take ownership in Morgan County Court Services; ownership in maintaining evidence-based practices, quality assurance, continuous quality improvement through further training and skill practice; professional standards/ethics; and ownership of client/staff relationships that promote success, safe communities, and reduced recidivism.
