The Morgan County Regional Sewer District is a quasi-governmental agency operating sanitary sewer for sections of Madison Township, Morgan County, Indiana, known as the “Wiser Addition,” as well as overseeing a sanitary sewer in Waverly, Indiana. The District operates under the permission of the Indiana Department of Environmental Management.
