Instructions for Paying your Ticket
Ticket payment is due 30 days from date ticket written or due date given on ticket. Fine amounts are listed on fine sheet. If needed, please contact the Court at 317-831-1330 for your fine amount.
- Pay by phone at 317-831-1330 from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm (Mon -Fri)
- Or pay by phone at 1-866-480-8552 - 24 hrs daily
- Or make payment online at www.paygov.us (location code #39773)
- TO MAIL IN PAYMENT - DO NOT SEND CASH – only cashiers check’s or money orders will be accepted. Make payable to Mooresville Town Court. Mail to Court at: 26 S. Indiana St., Mooresville, IN 46158.
Other Options
- Enroll in the TRAFFIC INFRACTION DEFERRAL PROGRAM (online application located on the left hand side bar)
- You may request a pre-trial conference to discuss your options with the prosecutor. Call the Court to set a date.
- Failing to appear or pay the ticket prior to your due date will result in a license suspension and/or an arrest warrant.
A $25.00 late fee will be added for any payments made after due date
PLEASE NOTE:
- The Court does not return voice mail messages
- Not reaching or contacting the Court is not a defense in your case
- Please allow 72 hours after receipt of ticket to make payment, if paying by credit card.
