For a criminal case, please contact the court your case is filed in and speak to the court staff. For civil issues, call 812-269-6463 Monday - Friday 9 am to 4 pm to apply for free or reduced legal fees. For divorce cases, please obtain the paperwork from the clerk's office on the 1st floor of the Morgan County Courthouse and bring it to court with you.
