Commissioner Collier was first elected to the County Council, where he served from 1998 until 2020. He is a member of the Martinsville Chamber of Commerce. He has had a long career in the investment industry and is a H&R Block franchise owner. He is also the Captain of the Martinsville Fire Department. Commissioner Collier is married to Audrey and they have three (3) children. He loves to boat, hunt and camp.
