Absentee Voting

 You must have an Indiana Drivers license or an Indiana State issued ID to vote in person in Indiana.


If you or someone you know would like to have a ballot sent to their house. You can submit electronically an ABS-MAIL application at indianavoters.com or print an ABS_MAIL application and fill out the application and mail it to Election Office – 180 S. Main St. Ste 1 Martinsville, IN 46151.  You may also email it to elections@morgancounty.in.gov or fax it to 765-349-5370. Deadline Thursday, October 22, 2020 at 11:59 pm.    

We will begin mailing ballots out to voters September 19th.

Once we receive the voted mail in ballot from the voter, it is locked in a cabinet.
The cabinet is unlocked on Election Day and then the votes are processed.


 In person early voting will be at Martinsville and Mooresville for 28 days and 3 locations for Saturday October 24th and 31st.

Martinsville:  (beginning October 6th)  CLOSED OCT 12 FOR COLUMBUS DAY
The Election office is located in the basement of the County Administration Building at 180 S. Main St.
Tuesday, October 6th, until noon, Monday, November 2nd, 2020.   M – F, 8am-4pm.
Saturday, October 24th and Saturday, October 31st from 8am-3pm.

Mooresville:  (beginning October 6th)  CLOSED OCT 12 FOR COLUMBUS DAY
First Christian Church 525 N. Indiana St.
Tuesday, October 6th through noon on Monday, November 2nd, 2020.  M – F 8:00-4:00
Saturday, October 24th and Saturday October 31st from 8:00am-3:00pm.

 Monrovia: Saturdays October 24th and October 31st)
Monrovia Christian Church located at 710 Gordon Rd.
Saturday hours 8:00am – 3:00pm.
