Morgan County Probation ensures that offenders released from jail on probation follow guidelines that a court has instructed the offender to follow. For example, some may not be allowed to carry a firearm for a certain period of time, while others may only have to serve community service. Probation is a time period where an offender must obey the rules the court has set for them so that they may prove to the court that they are able to obey rules and regulations before letting them fully back into society.
